How do I know that people are cheating online playing Mario Kart DS?

Even though I do not play that many online matches because of this problem, but how do I know that online players are cheating in Mario Kart DS? I noticed in many matches I participated, some racers have a huge lead that I was unable to catch up. I once suspected they are "snaking," but with the availability of Action Replay for the DS, I think they must be cheating so they can increase their number of wins.

Do you ever snake? If not, then I'm sure a lot of what you're seeing is snaking, because it does make a huge difference, especially if you're good at it.

But, there are still a lot of AR cheaters. The most common one I see is someone having infinity stars. So if you see someone when you first start already using a star, then you know... Another one I've seen is being able to drive off track normally. I actually don't know of any other besides them.

I just learned how to do those snaking, it was quite funny when i started playin ds via wireless and then in a straight line a toad guy simply let my dk eating dust, i through "zomg, cheater"

But now i just learned how to do this snaking, throught its quite lame, and i still prefer racing without it... oh well...

Teleporting is lag, im sure cheating doesnt work online.

This game has lag, ever noticed that when you fire a green shell sometimes it goes right through them without hitting them? yep, lag..

no idea why but there is definately a slight lag in this game, much like when playing mortal kombat, you can notice the delay in your moves when pressing buttons.

I always cheat on wifi I have 9999 wins and 0 losses I have lots of cool cheatsbrandonaml

whats the fun in always winning? besides you people are making wi-fi worse so keep your cheats on single player.
