I tried giving the wheel a chance, and although I started to getting used to it, I wanted to see how it would feel with the nunchuck, and damn... I can't go back to the wheel! I'm also rather lazy and don't want to go dig for my WaveBird. >.>

I'm the same as you. The Wiimote/Nunchuk works amazingly well. From what i have heard, the GC controller is the worst option.

The wheel is just a lot of fun. Its almost worth buying 3 more for get-togethers.

With the nunchuk and the Wii Wheel I have problems looking behind and shooting an item behind at the same time. But I still use the Wii Wheel, even though the remote/nunchuk combo works really well too and is comfortable. The classic controller works well but isn't to comfortable and I don't want use the GC controller because of the wire. I just use the Wii Wheel because its funner, but if the nunchuk worked with the looking behind and shooting thing, I would pick that instead.

I wish you could customize the controls like Brawl...

Well, I was going to keep using the wheel until I switched to Manual, and then for the life of me, I just couldn't stop hitting the B trigger to use items, and I kept having issues with drifting while not turned the right way. It's just much easier for me to use the nunchuck remote combo, and someone said the GC controller was even worse? Odd... :?

Nunchuck/controller. Wii wheel only really works good on Classic courses, because there aren't any real tricky turns. But even then nunchuck works better.

The wii wheel, I'm not a veteran mario kart by any means, I never played any of them except double dash (I got it 2 months ago) and I wasn't crazy about it. But the motion control in MKW is alot of fun and I haven't experienced a course with turns that I couldn't make with the wheel.

I use the wheel. It's a lot more comfortable and fun to use than I thought it would be.

I use the nunchuk / wiimote combo. The motion controls, whilst good, dont offer the same kind of accuracy, and I will not play a Wii flagship title with a gamecube pad. Besides, the wiimote is the most comfortable controller ever...

... I guess Im going to be put to the test in Brawl. I heard the wiimote / nunchuk is uncomfortable for that game. :(

I really enjoy the wheel controller! I thought it would be way to skittish and unresponsive but it's awesome! That being said, I like the classic controller as well, it might give me the edge in online racing.

i tried the wheel for the first 30mins and i started to like it a lot so i decided to switch it up with a gc controller, and in the end, the gc controller for me is more precise. plus, pressing up on the d-pad is more realiable than yanking the controller upward.

I used the WiiL (lol) at first, and i liked it a lot, but i was better at the one for DS. So then I tried the GC controller and that is a lot more similar to the DS version.

I just went back trying the wheel and I couldn't do as many power slides or stay on the rapids in koopa cape. I would keep hitting the side of the tube or go off into the grass.
