I only stand up for Wii Sports, that and the holding your hips pose in Wario. I have actually mastered playing the Wii while laying down on most games :D only things like bosses stop me in MP3.
I sit for nearly all of the games I play. Depending on the game, I'll be upright (MP3) or I'll just chill (AC - hopefully) I've only stood up for Wii Sports (boxing and bowling only) and some minigames here and there in WarioWare and MP8 I'm just a lazy guy, I even found a way to play Wii Golf lying down :D
I used to sit down for the games that I play except for Wii Sports, but then I moved the Wii into my bedroom, and now I play standing up, just because I'm used to standing up while playing videogames in my room (like I did when I had a PS2 in there).
Lets see, with all the games I've played so far, I've played: Excite Truck, Twilight Princess, Super Paper Mario, and Metroid Prime 3 sitting down. Games like Wii Sports and WarioWare Smooth Moves I always played while standing up.
It really depends how much the physical demand for the game is.
