sorry. I have the old ds. they are pretty much indestructible. but mine is in a black nintendo brand case.

no they're not i have an old silver one that got dropped and has a broken hinge that conects it to the top screen

If I'm in a public place I always keep it in my pocket, and if it's not in my pocket or hand then it's in its case.
