Hit the home button on the wiimote and click the wiimote options at the bottom. Once that menu comes up, hit the reconnect button, and that will disconnect all wiimotes. Just hit the 1 and 2 buttons simultaneously on the wiimotes that you want to connect, and the others will remain off.CanderD

I wish the dang thing would just turn off right after you turn off your wii.
I pretty much don't wanna use the wiimote jacket not because of the battery thing.
When I first got my Wii, I thought the power button on the remote turned off the remote... Took me a while to stop trying to use it :PMooCowRocks
I once lost 3 hours of Twilight Princess time for that mistake.
