Dbz 3? That game isn't for wii. Its only on the ps2, which in america they call it dbz budokai 3.
Its either sparking! meteor, or budokai tenkaichi 3.
But I believe you're talking about that. Well, simple thing to do in this game is, learn to dash and attack. If you can keep a great offense, hard mode even is easy. Just remember, holding the A button then putting the cursor out of the screen, or mixing with b is the way to win this game. Its the most broken part about it.

The original TC is talking about DBZ BT 3 however he just didn't type it out for whatever reason.
To TC: I wish I could give you some advice but I just downloaded a save file to have all characters unlocked. I will get to doing the actual story eventually. It is just hard to keep playing the same storyline over and over again but this game is awesome.

how you downloud a save file?By looking all over google for one, and save it onto a sd card. Then move it to your wii memory.
