Sonic SotR is one of my favourite Wii games the main game itself is pretty lengthy and I personaly replay my favourite levels. The party mode is also quite fun and adds a lot more replay value to the game. In fact the mini-games keep me coming back to the game.
It's seems to be a bit of a love it or hate it game, but it's definitely one of the most solid titles on the Wii so far when it comes to presentation, gameplay and content IMO.
time and time again I have said that this game is horrible. You only have...what... SEVEN levels? and the game is easy as well- I rented it and in the allotted 5 days i was allowed to keep it, i beat it in three (yes, the ENTIRE game. All world rings and everything. I even took the time to do all the missions except the 'no pearls' ones). This game is not worth 50 bucks so i would just rent it or borrow it from an unlucky friend. yes it is that bad. rent it. /rant

So you didn't unlock any of the best upgrades or Crests then? I think you're missing the point of this game, it isn't like most traditional platformers where you've completed the game after you've done each level once; it's closer to a platformer/racing game where you're constantly trying to improve your times around each course.
its definitely not worth the 50 bucks that i paid for it, and i only got halfwqay through before bored. itsw a huge improvement over sonic games, but there are enough faults that it didnt keep my interest. you actually have times where sonic needs to stop running and go backwards (wtf?) and it takes him years to even get to a decent running speed (for soniv) every time you attack an enemy , with the one attack you have, you have to start over with gaining speed. all in all, its okay, but i wouldnt suggest getting it atthe price its at right now
Its controls are hard to get used to, it's not like other Sonic games, I'll tell you that. The graphics are good, and the game is quite lengthy and has a Party Mode. The music isterrible though.
