Yeah, exclusive games that are made by outside companies with first-party assistance are usually considered second-party games. Metroid Prime from Retro Studios and Eternal Darkness from Silicon Knights are good examples. Nintendo "hired" them, in a sense, to make those games, and worked intimately with them to create quality titles.

I have 3 first party games (4 includind wii sports) and 0 third party games
the games are Zelda:TP, Warioware Smooth Moves, and Super Paper Mario

yes metroid prime was... then nintendo bought retro over so it became 1st party mario strikers is techincally second party, as the company that makes it is technically not owned by nintend, but they are exclusive to nintendo mario tennis was second party too, since it was made by camelot, which is nintendos biggest second party (golden sun too)
O better example! RAREWARE, formally known as RARE now, used to be nintendos second party developer, but split because of money issues with nintendo developers that are part owned by the parent company but not fully, so therefore still have leverage over the dealings of their own company
