I took me 22 hours to beat Metroid Prime 3.(with 94% complete)
My energizer rechargable batteries lasted almost til the end of the game.
So i'd say it they lasted a good 18-20 hours before I had to recharge them.

My batteries lasted my entire playthrough of MP3, which was about 23 hours. I have regular batteres though
you guys all suck! lol
ive been replaying LoZ and have gone through three sets of batteries so far (i have four remotes tho, not always fully charged...)
I'm pretty sure the Wiimote only fits 2 batteries :D
But seriously, like 95% of people use rechargables. Get with the times, man. You're killing our environment with your 1-time-use death-sticks from hell...I mean alkalines.
That's cool I beat that game at 23 hours with 95% complete in veteran mode. My batteries went out during the dark samus fight naturally. It was the second battery replacement for me so almost four batteries for that game since the first time I replaced them they were half used up.I took me 22 hours to beat Metroid Prime 3.(with 94% complete)
