how many zelda games are there ?

hi guys first time i post on the Wii forums , im a BIG fan of zelda back in the 64 duys its one of the best games i played in my life i havent played a zelda game since the second one wich was majora mask or something i want to know how many zelda games are there now ? problem is i always buy a PC+playstation every generation of games the 64 was a gift from my older brother and got zelda with it but back in the 64 days i was a kid and i feel nintendo consoles are aiming for kids gamers no offence guys thats what kept me from playing zelda

now i hear that the Wii U will have a package of all the zelda games in HD thats what got me intrested and since now i have 2 kids i might buy them one and play zelda on it :)

LMAO Majoras Mask was the 2nd N64 Zelda game not the 2nd Zelda game in general!! Theres over 20 games in the series

4 Swords Adventure was a different game from Four Swords, I beleive. It had level select and stuff.

wind waker

twilight princess

skyward sword

are they all on Wii ? or are they coming to Wii U ? and if they are Wii games can u play them on the Wii U ?

Wind Waker is on Gamecube, you can buy it though and it will work on your Wii (need a memory card & gamecube controller for that though), the other two are on the Wii.

you actually can play all zelda games from console on your wii ,

nes snes n64 zeldas are on vc theres also gc remakes of some of those and of course ww tp -both versions and sws are playable on wii

4 Swords Adventure was a different game from Four Swords, I beleive. It had level select and stuff.

So did I, there were alot of great levels. And I played it solo and still had alot of fun.

This is one of those posts that I see from time to time that took probably about 5 mins or more to make but couldve been a simple 10 second Google search. The Zelda wikipedia is one of the first sites in the list, that wouldve taken care of all your questions.
