How Much Blood Does Twilight Princess Have?

I'm really interested in getting Twilight Princess, as I'm a big Zelda fan. The only problem is, this one's rated Teen, partly for "Animated Blood" My mom will not let me get any game that has a lot of blood/gore in it. My question is: How much blood is there? Do all of the enemies spurt blood when you hit them? Or is it only a single boss or cutscene?

(And please, I know that most 15 year olds are allowed to play whatever games they want, but I have to abide by my mom's rules.)

None at all. that i can remember. And if i cant remember then there must not have been Major gore.

I don't remember any blood in the game. If there was any, it was probably green or something.

Edit: I looked at a video of the final boss sequence, the only thing I can see that's close to blood are red spark type effects when you hit Gannondorf in the sword battle.

If I remember well, there's some ennemy that are carnivorous plant, and when you kill them there's something that look like green blood.

Every human looking ennemy don't have blood, except maybe the final boss as someone said. I'm pretty sure it's an okay game for you and that your mom would not be shocked to see it (I might be wrong though).

Anyway, good luck, it's a pretty good game.

Just buy the game. Seriously, if there's a hint of blood in this game, it wouldn't be enought to upset anyone (I should hope not, anyway).

He's in a puddle of his own dark blood when the finishing move is delivered,and the camera zooms out.The quality of the video and angle of the scene might make it hard to see.

At the end of the game Ganondorf sticks his hand in your chest and rips out your beating heart, while Zant licks the blood off the ground.

Then Ganondorf tosses your bloody heart ground and spits on it!!!!!!

I don't remember blood, but there is one part where ganondorf gets stabbed with a sword. No blood, but violence.

It's not as clear cut as that. She saw my brother play Team Fortress 2, and was almost horrified at the amout of blood in it. She's just not as likely to let me get a game with blood in it. I know she's going to look at the rating, see "Rated T for Animated Blood", and I want to be able to explain how severe the blood is.

Also to answer your question once and for all this is what the esrb means when they say "Animated Blood"...

Animated Blood - Discolored and/or unrealistic depictions of blood.

Is your mom needs proof then tell her to go to esrb.org.

Unless you count Ganon's injury on his belly then there is no blood. Maybe the occasional blue/green dots but that it.

However there is a part where you have to chainsaw a yeti into pieces. :lol: Just kidding.

Wrong! There is no blood at all in the game. This game should of have been rated E. OoT had blood with the final boss, not this game.
