Ahh, won't it be great when FFIVDS or DQIVDS get put out over here, though? Seriously, you want something more cool to be put out on the DS, that's it. Voice acting in FFIV? We've got plenty of good games to look forward to for the DS!
To answer the question at hand, depending on the game I'm messing around with at the moment, maybe 3 or 4 days out of the week, 1-3 hours or so on said days... But I also use it for music, so nyeh. I get use out of it almost every day thanks to that (dropped my MP3 player in the rain a few years back, laser ended up dying out a few months later).
2,3, 4 hours a day I believe. I can't seem to put it down. My addiction's worse then it was then when I had my gbcplaying while I was walking down a street in germany and some of the natives were laughing at me.

I play it a lot... mostly because im not home often enough to sit down infront of my TV and play a consol game. I play every day and whenever i have a spare moment in my busy life... i NEED VIDEOGAMES IN MY LIFE or else i will go crazy from all of my school work, job, and GF.
I rock the DS for aabout...5-7 hours a week. I spend some time plugging through FFXII:RW between getting home and going to sleep... maybe the odd time between classes too, when I have nothing I urgently need to do. I have a wii and a PS3 and I say the DS gets the most time logged. well... untilSmash broscomes out for the wii. Otherwise the PS3 is a close second for time logged on a console.
To be honest, not that often. I don't enjoy handhelds that often, because small screens, and controls,and I got big hands, and the DS stylus is awkward to hold because of large hands. I really do like PHantom Hourglass though, wish I could get back into the mood and play it.
Believe it or not, I just got my first DS this Christmas (the Zelda edition one). I think honestly I've played it nearly every day. I've had a Wii since last Christmas so the novelty has worn off, but I still love it. So far the only games that I have a Pokemon Pearl, LoZ PH, and MK DS. My bday is at the end of this month though so I'll be getting more games then too. The only problem is I don't know what games to get since there are so many...
