How to sly my Wii off?

Hi, my mum is a bit annoyed that my Wii is kinda still on, i try and explain it to her that it is updating and stuff, but i don't think she listens or understands. Is there any way I can turn off all lights but still leave the Wii on updating?

Btw please don't post any 'Put masking tape over it' ideas please :)

The next time your mom complains about it, give her a dollar and say, "this will cover the extra power I'm using by leaving my Wii on, for the next year."

1) Use a white paint or white-out and cover the LED generously

2) Take your Wii apart and remove the LED. Of course you void your warranty in the process...

In fact, just give your mom a buck a month if she'll leave you alone. Of course, if you're in Europe, I have no idea how much electricity costs over there. Give her a quid or something...;)

dont cover up the light with tape, cover up the disc slot with masking tape and leave it on for a week. thatll solve your problem

By the way, a guy did a study on all these temperature stations that are recording increased temperatures in the United States. He found that some of them had really interesting locations, like right next to an air conditioner exhaust, or a burn barrel. You can really trust that data.

Global warming is a natural process. Without it we'd still be in one of the many ice ages we've had. There have been many ice ages because cooling of the planet is also a natural process.

Gathering 100 years of data and trying to correlate the path of a natural system that lasts as long as a planet is a mockery of science...

I'm not saying it isn't possible that increased emmisions will change the world...in fact, increased oxygen emissions already have once and look where that got us! Al Gore is an idiot.

Regardless of whether the earth is heating up from what we're doing, I'd rather have things like a stable economy and affordable health care through private means and less socialist thinking in my capitalistic society. We got biger fish to fry than worrying about how the car you drive to work is going to change what would have been your great, great, great, great ,great grand daughters 90th birthday!

Take a look at the food chain for anyone except humans. The weak are a resource, the strong flourish and get stronger, there is enough to go around because the system keeps itself in check.

Life is a horrible painful mess for most things. No amount of government intervention is going to change it.
