How to trade in my DS regular

I have been thinking about this but I would have no idea what to do.So here it is.I want to trade in my DS for a DS lite.What do I have to do to trade it in...oh and what color do you recommend getting?I'm thinking white.Shatobi669

I just picked a ds lite out for my birthday (i have the old blue fatty XD) I was originally going to get the white one but I went to game stop and saw how dirty the display model was and I thought that I would have problems keeping it clean. After like and hour debating I decided to get the black one...Now im pretty happy about my decision (although I havent "Gotten" it yet). Now im counting down the days till my birthday...:)

Anyways you could trade it in at either eb games or gamestop. Im not sure how much money you would get for it though...:/

OH! And i originally went to fye to get a ds lite but we got there and I said:

ME: Do you have any white ds's in stock?

CASHIER: No im sorry we dont have any white ones in stock and we only have one black one. Nintendo has stopped making the black and white ds's.

ME: O_O

So I went to gamestop and asked the cashier if they had any white ds's in stock and her said

Cashier: Yep :)

Me: The FYE Guy said they were not making any more black or white ds's is this true?

Cashier: No! Dont listen to FYE Nintendo only discontinued the coral pink one.

if you have the warranty to replace the ds you could "accidentally" break it to replace it with the ds lite.:D

Does anyone know where I can get my DS phat "refurbnished" (I'm sorry, i am not good at writing big words like that) because there may be someone out there who just wants a DS for Brain Age or something like that. The store nearest to me is probably an Ebgames.
