How would you react if...

...Your favourite DS game company suddenly shut down?

Meaning the end of one of your favourite game series. I'd just like to know what would happen, whether people would stop playing their DS' or whether they'd shrug it off. Whether people like one company over another when it comes to their DS or whether you generally like most games that come out for the little fun-filled box... Thanks in advance ^.^

The DS has so much great software from so many companies that if one left sure, you'd be upset but it wouldn't stop the DS from being buried in quality software.

It would be easy to keep on going and find just as much software as you had before.

Jokes aside, it already happened to me, not really a DS company but Micro$oft closed down Ensemble studios, so possible no more age of empires games.

SEGA and Atlus.... Id go on a huge rampage. Punting babies, kicking old ppl in the face and such....

I would rather not think about Nintendo closing up shop :(

I would also be disappointed if Intelligent Studios shut down. The Advance Wars games are always fun to play, and provide a nice challenge.

If Atlus went down I'd cry. For a long time. They are awesome and just consistently pump out interesting and solid games.

There's a large possibility of some of our favorite companies closing down. Game Informer published an article mentioning how companies that appear to be doing well are closing their doors. In this economy, a company can produce a game that sells a million copies and still go under. Not good news for gamers :(

if konami shut down id be pretty upset. ive been playin thier games sicne back when i first started gaming when i was like 3. my second game i ever play was made by them, and they are the only company that hasn't betrayed me so far. if they go, they'd take the majority of my favorite series with them, including tons of non-ds games.
