So how are the online systems for the online games (mario strikers, pokemon) so far? Do they have a good menu system, lobbyies, ability to make/join game? Or is it gonna be the same crap like the DS' horrible online (!@#$ing 16 digit friend code) THX in advance

Im not sure but he may be right. That entire friend code thing is stupid. I understand for a hand held but for the Wii? Cmon Nintendo I dont expect Xbox Live but give me something like the PS3 offers.

for pkmn and strikers....friend codes....for the rest....as of now....no.the ds doesnt have horrible online. YOU have horrible online...and um. strikers has sumwhat of a lobby system
no online is good u need to pay 70 dollers a year for xboxlive. at least nintendos wifi is free. and pokemon has been out for like 10 hours give people some time to go buy it.

You can play against random people, you don't ever need friend codes, people need to stop complaining about this. If you want to play with your real friends, a code isn't much effort, unless you're a 14 year old ADD forum monkey.

Like I said in my other post the Wii should atleast have something like the PSN of the PS3.

quality is the same as the ds sometimes less. dont get me wrong the ds had awesome online for a handheld, it was so good and succesfull in fact, that nintendo thought they should use the same online system for their next console......WRONG
