is the Wii U more confusing than it should be? I kind of find the multitasking with various screens more difficult to follow than the original Wii. What do you guys think though? Could be something you just need to get used to. -------------------- Play'n'Swap, trade your used video games for new ones, free! www.playnswap.com

In my limited experience with it, yeah the UI and menus were confusing.. Seems like they could have done a much more streamlined way of managing everything... Nintendo isn't really known for its user interfaces though.. Sad part is it'll probably stay like this the entire gen instead of evolving and improving.

I am hoping for a major remake. The UI is pretty horrible.

Once you learn what's on the Home screen, it's really simple to use. I think the main problem is that they have a WiiU Menu and a Home Screen. We're used to the Home screen being the default screen, but it's basically the opposite on the WiiU.

I'm still waiting for the Wii U Slim to come out with a Wii U pad the size of small iPad. :D

But no, for me, I've had the Wii U since day one and I haven't thought it was too confusing. I dunno, it seems pretty straight forward to me. You will always have that learning curve with new systems though.

It's a little intimidating at first but after some time, it's pretty straightforward. It does need little bit of work and I'm sure some re-designs will happen with time to make it easier to navigate and find things quickly.

I was kind of overwhelmed the first day but by the next I had it all down. It could definitely be more streamlined but I've seen worse on a console before.
