ive used over 100 repels and ive beaten the elite four and gotten the national dex

repels repel pokemon.... It says weak but it means in comparison to the first guy in your party (guy lvl 100 everyone is weak).... and he only appears if your starter was charmander

yea my starter was charmander and i only have a level 48 in my party
