I just did the system update like it said to do b4 downloading, well now my wii menu looks like it did when I bought it, no VC games, and 0 points, it stole my points!

You should be able to redownload everything. That is how N made their systems. If you you can't call, N and complain.

holy crap, the same thing happen to me but not on this system update it was the last one but yeah just call nintendo they'll give it back and they'll give u additional 500 extra points cuz thats what happen to me

can't call asap, like I said when they have a lot of calls nintendo will not even let you wait it out, they just disconnect on you.

How did they fix this for you? They want to send me a new one or me send mine in and wait 14 days, which I don't want to do if they can fix it over the internet.
