I found it in Francis's (Nerdy chameleon guy's) castle. It was in one of his secret rooms.

 

I also spotted a poster of Peach on his door... Lol

Ehh..did anyone else notice that, when you get a Pure Heart, the Pixls you have and the little hearts surrounding the Pure Heart do the little Kirby Dance?
