I can get only one wii game for my birthday and I don't know if I should get Medal of Honor: Vanguard or The Godfather Blackhand edition. I just want to know what you guys think I should get.

I'd get neither personally but its impossible to give you reccomendations on games that haven't been released yet. What games do you have now?

Neither- if you haven't played all of the really good GC games yet, get them. Otherwise, I would suggest WarioWare :).
