So has anyone from canada got their jackets and was charged? i'm not entirely sure i was charged for it, maybe it was for the the truck that brought it or something?...i'm not sure.and yea i'm kind of mad because i even asked a nintendo lady if there was any charge for shipping, and she said no. i know $2.26 isn't a lot of money but it just lowers my trust in buying these extra little things from nintendo. oh yeah and i got 4 jackets which is like $9.04

I don't remember Nintendo asking for credit card info before sending the jackets (I live in the US so it is possible for the procedures to be different), but I would guess the $2.26 was the price Nintendo paid for shipping. This would probably be the case since the price in question was on the packaging label.
im from canada and it said 2.26 or something on the package, but that was the shiiping/ handleing fee that nintendo payed for. All you gave them is your wii number, your adress, name, and how many you wanted. there is no way they could have taken that money from you.
Don't worry, youdidn't get charged. When we (in the USA) ship things to Canada I believe we have to declare how much the items cost. Fear not, you will not be charged for them.

o.o.. Anyways I dont think so.. One time I ordered 4 Ubuntu Disks and it said $12 Shipping, though all they asked was shipping information. i wasnt charged and its been a few months already :)

Yeah, they didn't charge you. Thats how much the items cost, but nintendo is giving them away for free.
That's called a shipping label - and since you've already received the item, you aren't expected to pay what is shown on the label - it is simply there stating that was how much WAS PAID for shipping. How do you think they would get the money from you when you have no bank account, and have already received the product? It's prepaid shipping - that's all - you don't owe money to anyone.
You couldnt have gotten charged. You didn't put in any credit card numbers. Just don't pay it. It's not like they are going to come to your house and say "WHERES THE 2.26 MAN!?!" I've been waiting 3 weeks!!!!" While pointing a gun to your head.
