I got this game as a present......

Master of the Monster Lair..... but it looks REALY LAME ND BAD

i don't know if its for a 5 year old or a 13 year old like myself.....

it looks awful..... should i keep it wrapped as a future present(maybe some young cousin XP), or play it?

i dont really think the fact that you're 13 means you're too old for it (im 18 and i still play pokemon) but if its a bad game, its a bad game.
