I kinda forgot what some parts of the game were for. Here are my questions:

1) Why did the enemy take Zelda's body? What is the enemy using it for?

2) What are the rail maps necessary for? What do they do when you get them?

3) Why do you need to get those stones at the end of each level? What do they do?

Kinda odd because your avatar is a character from at least some of the Zelda games, right? xD

1. Because malladus needs a vessel and zelda is from teh royal bloodline.

2. In order to acces new temples so you can get the spirit tower back to normal.

3.New Railroads will open.

Are you sure it isn't the other way around? The rail map to restore tracks, the stone to access new temples?? I dunno, I think I faintly remember it being different. I think the stones were to strengthen the tower of spirits, or something. Also, what does accessing new temples do? What I'm asking is, overall, what is the mos important reason for getting those stones?

you need the stones to restore the tower so you can get deeper in it where Cole and Mallaus are. you cant climb the tower that fast becuase its divided into 4 pieces so when you get to the end of each section you get a railmap which leads to a temple in a region sso you het the stone which restores a piece of the tower again.

Basically: Rail Maps=makes tracks to reach each temple Go to temple==>get stones at the end of each temple==>Each stone restores more and more parts of the Tower of Spirits so that==>You can ge to Cole and Mallaus. That's right, right? Also, why do those sages have to restore energy to the tracks? What does that do?

yes thats right, but Cole and Malladus whill escape when you get to the top so you need the compas to track them which is found in the sand temple. and I dont know about the age part , long time since I beat the game:P

I want to make sure about this. Has anyone else played the game or read a walkthrough? I mean, I know the rail maps restore the train tracks, but what do the sages you go to, and the stones you get after each temple do? Sorry KingBowser91, I just wanted to make sure.

I am not sure what you are trying to get out of these questions. Just go through the story line and you will be fine. The stones restore/connect the pieces of the tower. Without them, you can't reach the top. The sages will also teach you the songs you will need to get through the game....I think some of them pertain to sidequests though.

I can't remember exactly but I think the restoring of energy to the tracks just leads to new areas so that you can complete side-quests (ie: collecting rabbits, heart pieces, larger bomb bag, larger quiver, ect.)

OK. But what is the purpose of restoring the parts of the Tower of Spirits? Is it to somehow reseal the main guy, Mallados? (Is that how you spell his name?)? I ask these questions, because i want to understand the story as the game progresses.

Most of it is revealed as you go. The story doesn't leave you hanging, if that is what you were wondering?

most of these are actually answered early on in the game, namely when zelda's body is taken. i can understand confusion if you just tap through the conversation. if you read what all the chatter is, that's where all the answers are.
