I was wondering since they moved the NA release of the game from February 10 to March 9, and the Japanese release is next week, will the NA version have new content or will it just take that long to localize the game?

Localization, the game is probably being developed in japanese.

Mainly localization, commerciaizing, production to make more copies. This should be in the sticky.

I wish they added more content to NA.. but yes, it just takes time to localize the game
