Thank you very much for this:)
I forgot about the capcom fighter you listed! Metroid: Other M, as well. I'm in the US so unfortunately I can't get Xenoblade? Can I import that game, or is it unplayable on a foreign console? I've got the GC version of TP--unless you HIGHLY recommend the wii version over the gamecube one, I'll skip it. I actually bought the wii partially for the gc bc, as the new ones are phasing out that model.
You seem adament about MP:T. Now, I had serious issues with the control scheme on the GC version. In fact, I never even finished Metroid Prime for this reason. How is the control setup different? Strafing?
Again I really appreciate your post.:)

No problem! Yeah Tatsunoko VS Capcom is just as good if not better than SFIV imo, I had less trouble getting combos off than in Street Fighter :P
Unfortunately unless you mod your Wii to bypass the region lock you won't be able to import Xenoblade, didn't know which region you were in so I listed it. Normally I would recommend bypassing the region lock, but with as new as your Wii is I wouldn't chance it :P
The GCN version of Twlight Princess is the hands down superior version, the waggle controls in the wii version SUCK. its seriously the worst implementation of motion controls ever lol.
The control setup is TOTALLY different, I had the same issue as you with the first Prime on a friends gamecube, the controls were just too intrustive and I couldnt get into it. The wii version has bloom lighting added, and all three games (even 1 & 2 that were on the GCN) are pointer controlled just like Metroid Prime: Corruption. The main difference is that you don't have to hold a shoulder button to look up, and switching visors and scanning is much faster now. I can't recommend it enough, and its one of those you simple cant lose on. You can find it at gamestop for like 69.99, if you don't like it you can easily sell it online for 80 :P
