On mine if you look at the memory it does say how many blocks it takes and how many are available... also, if you do somehow run low, you can always get an SD card.
I have a 16Mb (251 blocks) memory card for my Gamecube. It's not full yet and i have 14 games. 16Mb = 2MB I don't think the Wii saves is bigger, so 512MB will last some time. Hmm lets see... 512MB = 4096Mb 4096/16 = 256 //The 512MB memory is 256 times bigger than the 16Mb (251 blocks) 251 x 256 = 64256 blocks //So the Wii's internal memory have at maximum 64256 blocks for saving.
