personally i was slightly dissapointed by Ganon. i thought that Zant was much more of a creative boss fight with the completely different settings it was like fighter every different boss from the whole game in one. Ganon was a let down after Zant for me.

but my favorite villain would have to be the the boar riding ogre thing (im sorry I forgot what he's called) because every time you saw him you knew that there was going to be an interesting fight, and it despelled a sort of fear that no other boss has really captured for me in the same way. and also that bridge fight was simply epic in every way.
