Seriously, it was like THE best handheld RPG series ever. Heck, it was better than most console RPGs I've played. Really wonder why they dropped the ball after only 2 games, especially with the popularity and great reception they recieved. So sad :(
I still play mine from time to time to relive old memories with Issac and Felix. I like to occasionally whoop on Saturos and Menardi too. They really should release a new title for the DS. I'll be first in line for it.
i really miss this game! i remember playing Golden 2 for more than 60 hours to level up all 6 characters to 100. and then my save was gone! i don't have a clue why! it occurs for all the gba rpg games! what a relieve that ds use sd card to save games! and we can transfer game save to pc (permanent)! but how the heck can i play gba games without being aware that my saves will be gone!
Golden Sun was a meh game with a great music and an interesting Djinn system. If they could flesh out the Djinn's even more and use the DS's technical capabilities to make it look even better, I would be up and ready to go buy it.

Thats correct. It seems they have been putting out a couple mediocre wii games lately, but thats all. Hopefully thats just on the side and they are planning a new upcoming RPG, be it golden sun or not. I probably will contact them somehow if I can, ask them whats up.
