My friend brough over his Wii and I had a good time, but Wii Sports gets old pretty fast, and Carbon is icky. Overall I had a good experience with it, but i'm glad i'm waiting for some better games for the system. Does anyone else feel they have more fun watching other people play the Wii. I thought it was hilarious watching my friend get out of breat playing boxing for 30 minutes strait. Anyways hello "the Wii forum", A place I almost never venture!
It's a pretty bad time right now to own a Wii. Zelda and WiiSports are basically the only 2 games worth owning right now (in my opinion, that is). I love my Wii, but need more games. Waiting for more games before buying a Wii is not a bad idea.
Virtual Console games are never a bad decision. There are a good amount of solid VC games on the market now, like ALTTP, Kirby's Adventure, Super Mario World, and more.

dunno, wario wares is a great game. its a lot more fun if you have a couple people around to watch, take turns and laugh at it, but even alone it can be good. so i'd say there's at least three games to own the system for right now, excluding VC games.

ALTTP is out for everyone in the americas, poor aussie doesnt get them. However, they just released Zelda 2 (im definetly not wasting m cash on this, even to buy the whole series) so maybe in aussie they are trying to release them in order?
