I think it is obvious that RE5 will eventually come to the Wii..

It seems comomne sense to me.

-RE4 sold over a million copies on the Wii

-RE:UC sold over a million copies on the Wii

And what I think is the final nail in the "confirmation coffin," is that Dead Rising is now also coming to the Wii. Capcom has seen that Wii owners are receptive to their games, and will buy them. Not only that, but Dead Rising has been confirmed to not be a port, but a remake.

Not only that, but I think Capcom will Wiimake RE5 for the Wii, just like they are doing for Dead Rising. However, I think they will wait until RE5 on the PS3 and 360 are complete before starting on the Wii version, to ensure quality. Look at the majority of other multiplatform Wii games. Notice how the Wii version is crap compared to the PS3/360 version? That is because they have third rate development teams handle the Wii version, not the top-tier dev teams.

Once the PS3/360 versions of the game are complete, they will start on the Wii version. What do you all think?

Look at how Capcom treated Nintendo last generation - making their exclusive games unexclusive and putting them on the PS2. Yeah they made more money because of it, but I found it quite offensive, and I would still be angry if I were Nintendo. They owe us some exclusive Viewtiful Joe 3 action now, to compensate.

That was done with all the RE games it has nothing to do with nintendo. I dont see why everyones complainning about it. RE started on the PS exclusively. Then the 2nd one was on the PS exlsively then the 3rd was on the PS exclusively then Code Veronic was on the Dreamcast exclusively. Then Zero was on the Gcube exclusively then 4 was on the gcube exclsuively. All of those games were then ported to other systems. then after they were ported they were all had updated re-releeses on the gcube except zero which had its intial releese on the gcube anyway.

theres a slight hole in your argument being as capcom remade not ported all of the past RE games on the gamecube and releesed an original game on the gamecube all in peperation for the relese of RE4. Which means they are fully capable of doing it they have money and are willing to spend time.

This is why they gave us Umbrella Chronicles in the first place. Because we are not getting RE5. I think it's likely we'll see Umbrella Chronicles 2, but there's no chance at all that RE5 will come to the Wii.

I agree because i owned only a GC and it ticked me off to hear that the exclusives were coming to other systems!!

I would thinik that its possible because of that Factor 5, and HIGH VOLTAGE'S graphical engines.and there's no telling what the capcom team that worked of RE4 could do on the Wii! i never thougth that i would say this about a video game,but i pray it does come

For all we know Capcom could be Working on a RE5 spinoff :o
