Some of my personal favorite Wii fighters: Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3, Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core, and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.
Super Smash Brothers Brawl is a pretty good fighter game. I heard that one game with the anime characters fighting the Capcom characters was suppose to be pretty good too.
