in my opinion, one of the major drawbacks of the wii version of twilight princess was the lack of a rotatable camera!! I felt that it was implemented really well in wind waker and to see it omitted was kinda a bummer.

SO, for Zelda Wii, i would like to see a rotatable camera. The thing is, I dont know how it would work with the Wiimote. Any suggestions on how it could be implemented?

I completely agree, Wind Waker's camera was superb, not only due to its ease of control but its ability to let you pan in and out for the sheer sense of scale. It was a let down to not have that same degree of camera control in Twilight Princess. I'd love to see it come back.

You're right. The camera made TP feel even more linear than it already is. The Wind Waker did it best: it made sailing an enjoyable thing for me. :)

Well, it's not that big of an issue.

well all the buttons in TP are already mapped. The d-pad is used for items and what not

am I the only one with both versions? TP did have a rotable camera, but only on gc, because you know, there's enough buttons!

Exactly it wasn't an issue. They could have an optional IR control of the camera, but the zoom in makes it so easy anyway.

It had. On GameCube. That's what you get from playing a port.

Yeah we know you never played a port in your life. I don't think its possible on the Wii with the number of buttons and their placement. However its really not necessary.

I came in here not knowing the camera on TP Wii couldn't be changed.

Now I feel sorry for those who had to wrestle with something more annoying than the game itself.

I noticed it was missing in TP...I just didn't care. Really, the game played just fine.

I never had an issue with it, i mean it centers the camera for you really easy so i don't know what the problem was since it never got in the way or anything like that IMO.

The IR for various weapons was really nice. I would rather have that 100 times over than the rotational camera which is not needed with the zoom. Though both would be ideal.

I didn't mean to offend anyone, but the GC version was the real deal, with everything working as it should.
