I was just at _______ in _______, __ and they had Wii U's in Stock!

Just an Example: I was just at Target in Commack, NY and they had a 32GB Wii U in stock! **NOT REAL! JUST AN EXAMPLE!**

I was just at the Best Buy in Levittown, NY and they had 32GB Wii U's in stock!

They are unpacking them --NOW-- as I type this!

That's weird. The forum isn't showing my post as the 'Last Post' in the topic, and it didn't bump it up the page... AND I REALLY JUST SAW SOME FOR SALE!!

I was just at Walmart in Massapequa, NY and they had BOTH versions in stock! (But EMPLOYEES were snatching them up fast!)

I'm getting a VERY strong "now or never" vibe when I am out and about in stores today. While in line in that particular Walmart, I was standing behind a Mother buying a Wii game as a gift. She saw an employee buying a Deluxe for himself and asked him what it was. When he told her how short in supply they were, she IMMEDIATELY bought TWO and started calling all her Soccer-Mom friends. She went from spending $30 dollars to spending over $700+ in an instant, on impulse. Once Black Friday hits and the general public catches wind of what's out there, I just DO NOT believe they will be on shelves 'til AFTER the holidays!

Long story short: Try --TODAY-- while stores are stocking their shelves for Friday, or prepare yourself for a long, Winter's wait!

Almost anywhere where I live, both models are still in stock. Yet in my Kijiji, I still see people seeing them almost double the price. <_<

I was just at Fry's in Burbank, CA, and they had Wii U Deluxe's in stock. Not on the floor but the sales rep sold me one when I asked if they had them. Have to buy as a combo with either Super Mario and Zombie U, or Super Mario and Sonic All Star Racing. Can't buy just the system.

I called places in my area and they said they were sold out.

But I called on Monday and only asked for the Deluxe version because at the time Gamestop didn't ship my Deluxe Edition Wii U.

They all said they were expecting a new shipment but they didn't know when it would arrive.

i was just in walmart & they had a couple of the white wii u's chillin on display. i was like hmm. i wish they had more games in though.. could've gotten mario but id rather wait for tekken if i can i ever find it

I was at best buy today and decided to see if they had any Wii U's in stock. They only had 3 basic Wii U's left and that was their second shipment. I decided to cave in and buy the basic model.

I was at Target on Black Friday in Pace Fl and they had 3 Deluxes and 1 basic Wii U in stock, and I bought a Deluxe!!!layton2012

So, what's the verdict after "Black Friday?" Are systems out there or has no one seen any?

I haven't seen one since launch day where I live, I don't even think stores here had any for Black Friday.

Well I won't be purchasing one, nintendo In my own personal opinion have

lost all their momentum and core gamer fanbase, I will not buy a console that

is just barely technically comparable to the sony and microsoft consoles, plus

there is no blu-ray or mp3 features. And most of their titles are flipping ports

and they have the sheer audacity to charge £49.99 for them.

So when the new sony/microsoft console come out in a year or so nintendo will behind

their technological superiors once again. I am also put off their I-pad style controller

looks so awkward and uncomfortable. plus no most probably third party support and online

support. Nintendo have been poor in quality and entertainment since the gamecube!

The GameStops in Fayetteville, NC each have a few of the Basic sets... on Fort Bragg, the south post PX GameStop has 1 Basic left. This is as of 8pm 11/24/12.
