I bought this game about 1 year ago. I had tried to play it 2 or 3 different times but I had never made it past the "training" levels. At the time I thought the game was horrible. About 3 days ago I decided to give it an honest try and made it through the training mode. Now I actually think that the game is quite good. I've been playing it whenever I have the chance the past few days. It's not spectacular but it is definitely about a 7 out of 10. I wish I wouldn't have been so quick to judge the game before.

I agree with you it's far from perfect but it is solid and very challeneging.

Yeah that happens sometimes.

i did that with Final Fantasy IV Advanced. I never liked RPGs, then I got the game a few years ago and didn't like it because I didn't like turn-based battle. Then months later I finally sat down and stuck it out, it turned out to be one of my favorites of all time, got me into playing other RPG's, and now all I want to play is RPGs.

I also used to do that with CD's where I would listen to it a few times and not like it. Then I would go a few weeks or months, listen again, and love it.

At least now you like the game and are getting your moneys worth. Now it probably feels like you got a new game all over again!

I still think the game has it's faults. The controls are still not as solid as I believe that they should be in a Sonic game. Control is everything in a Sonic game and it should be perfect but the graphics are very solid for the Wii. How long does it take to 100% finish this game?

The next game I will probably go back and try again is CoD 3. I had basically the same early experiences with that game as I did with Sonic.

I loved it. I thought the controls were great, i dont know what everyone else was talking about. There were a couple frustrating challenges though, such as any of the ones where you had to climb that wierd tower, but overall id give it 8.5/10

It's certainly a step in the right direction for a Sonic game I mean it took out all the annoying characters in previous titles and the controls aren't perfect but they are not bad at all. I think Sonic fans should try it at least it is solid but nothing spectaular.

Great game. Just not enough levels and bosses. And some level design flaws.

I tried to enter to the Sonic series with Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, but I didn't like it. I will try to do as you did and give it another serious try.

I thought it was a pretty meh game.

It should and could have been far better than it was. So many little things ruined it for me.

For one the awful music, NO SINGING PLEASE. The tunes on the old sonic games were a good part as to why they were so great.
