Creating a Mii is kind of a cool idea. But, what's the point?
I mean, why can't I use that Mii profile for every game I play, and then be able to check my stats from the Mii channel? Even if the actual Mii can't be in the game, I should still be able to use that profile for stats.
It's kind of lame really. I think they should have taken a more 360 approach to the Mii's. Have achievements and such.
Do you like things the way they are, or do you think the whole Mii thing is extremely shallow?
From what I've heard about the online for Strikers, it kind of does that, you assign a character to yourself and it will keep track of your rankings and what not. But yeah, firmware updates, patches, channels, blah blah blah.
Im not mad that the Wii doesnt have achievements but I do wish that your Mii kept stats on the games that you have played and your play times at least.
they probably thought it would deter the "casual/nongamer" crowd and make it too complicated but i think they definately should consider achievements its my favorite part about my 360...

Agreed. Games played and play times would be good enough for me.
