Got a black Wii, could I transfer all my VC and WW games to it? I've heard different answers. I called Nintendo, they said no, but on here, some say yes... I'm confused.

I would call again, and ask again. Don't let the phone call end with a "no", ask a bunch of questions to keep the conversation going, and then the person you are talking to might go ask someone else and you might find a solution. The guys that answer the phone are usually stupid and don't know anything, they might just try to stop the conversation by saying no because they actually are too lazy to go find out. So I suggest you call again and this time extend the conversation and ask questions like of course, "Why can't I switch them to my new WII?", "Cant I just put in my SD card and play my VC games?", "Why doesn't Nintendo support this?", "Many consumers have the same problem or intend to buy a new WII" or "what if my WII suddenly gets ruined, how could I replace my downloaded WII Ware games that i rightfully paid for?", etc.

Why would you get a new WII anyway? you will either end up with like 2 WII's or lose money buy trading it in/selling it. The Black WII does look better but i don't think its worth the money and trouble, just buy black skin for your White WII ;)
