lol yea but there is not much to buy in the shop yet, like five games and the web browser, and the browser is free- which is kind of retarded in my oppinion why if its free not simply install the web browser on the system, and then give the ability to activate and deactivate it just seems like needless down loading to me, but anyway yes the 1000 points will continue until october ( according the gamestop rep. ) - what i would like to know is can wii points now be converted over to the DSi considering they are now Nintendo Points

I don't think so. Because The Nintendo Points are for anything. But you have to choose one or the Other they can't be swapped.

Nobody said he had to spend them now. There are still plenty of DSiWare coming to the DSi. :|
