I couldn't care less about what gamespot reviews stuff, they're ridiculous. I find IGN reviews to be much closer to my personal tastes, usually.

Yeah i'm the same pretty much, I only check the forums here. the content is lacking and the reviews are poor, and the news updates way, way slower than most other sites.

Jeff will review it and give it a 7.6, citing gimmicky controls, last-gen graphics, and lack of chainsaw as reasons for its score. Then he will pass out in a pile of cheetos.digitaljourney1

I agree, people, you shouldn't let your fanboysm blind your judgement. Try and look at the review with no bias whatsoever. Try to look for what's good, and what fustrates you when you play it. Then put the two on a scale. IF the good parts tips to the ground, then its AAA, let alone a OT.

I agree about TP but I said it SHOULD because retro has to make a game that's atleast 9.5, they can't go so badly after the other primes (9.7 and 9.1). I expect to have a 9+ game, but no multiplayer could yust drop it down.

Why drop it's score for a purpose it wasn't suppose to fufill? It's like dropping your score in math in a french class, wtf did that have to do with french? Metroid is about single player, that is what it should be focused on.
