If nintendo stops the VC updates for good

Would you be angry? sad? indifferent?

I feel satisfied to be honest, 360 retro games in one console is an accomplishment

well i would be kind of sad, although there are a lot of great VC games now, i still would like to see a little more.

I saw just a couple days ago while buying Super Metroid that they have 70 VC games. Nobody can complain about that one bit. I would be okay if they didn't add anymore (though Yoshi's island would be good) but to take away the VC I would be mad

give me rogue squadron, ep1 pod racer, and battle for naboo - then they can do w/e they want

if you asked me 2 weeka ago id be sad...

but im ok with them closing VC now...

Personally after Yoshi's Island I could live without it. I'd still rather they continue with it though, as I'm sure they will just at a horribly slow pace of 1 game a month.

They're not going to stop it for good. At least not until Yoshi's Story, the Mario Party titles, Pilotwings, F-Zero and a few others come out.

They just pumped out all their good games too fast. People got used to the pace and think that they're getting lazy or something.

If you take out all remaining Rare games, Earthbound, titles based off licensed properties (including sports titles), and of course 3rd party titles (it's up to them to port them, not Nintendo), then there really isn't that much left for them to release. They have a couple years left in the Wii's lifespan, they need to ration out the remaining games.

But to answer your question, I wouldn't really care. I've already got everything I need in cartridge form, I don't use the service much.

WiiWare, on the other hand...

I haven't been getting many games from the VC anyway, so I don't imagine I would care much. :P

I'd be angry because they didn't even scratch the surface of that service!

I would like to play Super Mario All-stars on the Virtual Console if it ever gets released. Then I would be happy.

I mean where's the rest of the Turtles games? Where's the ARCADE Tutrles Games.

Mortal Kombat? NBA JAM original? Simpson's Arcade? Double Dragon Arcade? the other King of Fighters?? the other Metal Slugs? Commador 64 games? Where are they?? WHERE ARE THEY??

They are no where near done with the VC.

I can't stand it when Nintendo gets all the blame. Like Woody said in Toy Story: "Hey come on guys we all knew this was gonna happen," and yet everyone else is acting terribly surprised OMG we're getting thrown away!1!! Nintendo gets the hit every time we get no Virtual Console titles for a week...actually it always that way since..well maybe one month after launch, (WHERZ MAI SUP3RMETROIDOGREBATTLEWONDERBOYSTARFOXEARTBHOUND) Nintendo has more titles on the vc than anyone, and the best because I must throw that in too. i have other ways to enjoy retro...BUT if they make the "Super wii" in 2012 and make anONLINE service for all the games so you can play co-op online with other people...

Absolutely none of those titles are Nintendo's Responsibility. It's up to 3rd parties to port them. And since no 3rd parties are releasing titles I think it's fair to suggest that they're not profitable. The VC is a bust (unless your name is Mario).bob_newman

honestly i wouldnt care at all because there nothing i want from it and also nintendo falling at making wii ware games to so it wouldnt bother me at all i never use it anyways
