If I'm not mistaken, Goldeneye was made by Rare and now Microsoft owns rare so there'snot muchchance of Goldeneye coming to the VC.
I'm not sure but I think so.
You are correct about M$ owning Rare Ltd. But Rare no longer owns Goldeneye. Activision is the current owner of the James Bond license, so it is very possible for it to end up on the VC.

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think Rare's computer code automaticallybelongs to Activision because Activisionholds the James Bond license.Umm... I put Starfox. I have Super Mario 64 on DS, so I don't really need the N64 version. I've also got Mario Kart DS. And I got Ocarina of Time on Gamecube, with Master Quest, so I don't see the point in getting it again when I'm still technically playing it on the Wii. Still, Ocarina of Time's without a doubt the best game on that list. But I wouldn't get Starfox, I'd wait for Majora's Mask (I don't have the Collector's Edition disc).
