I'd go with SSFII. It has the four extra characters and speed adjustments like Turbo, but a smaller range. Although the range of speed was of a lesser range than Turbo it was sufficient and didn't go any faster than it needed to before diluting the gameplay. My friends and I never saw the point of using the higher speed levels(5 stars or so and up) in Turbo because it just made the game become shallow and frantic. LINKloco
Are you kidding? You had to crank it up to full speed (8?) to really show your skill. If you could master full speed, you could easily pwn people at slower speeds which translates into more gaming for your quarter in the arcades.
street fighter 2 turbo also includes the bad guys as playable haracters
EDIT: sorry was refering to super street fighter 2 turbo, compared to street fighter 2 turbo
get super street fight 2

No, I'm not kidding. At the higher speed levels the ability to pull off methodical chains of the more difficult combos becomes non existent. We found that 3 stars speed was an optimum setting for just enough speed with keeping intact the ability to string combos and execute difficult combos. Please Log In to post.
