im getting a wii soon, need help...

ok...

so imma get a wii

but im moving into my own room

[currently in the living room]

so i was wondering if it'd be smart to move the wii into my room

like its going to be near my bed...no room to back off for games...

will this affect any games like wii sports?

or should i just stick it in my living room?

you'll want about 3 feet between you and the censor bar for it to work properly all the time.

i find that with games like Wii Sports I have hard time playing in my bedroom because it's just barely 2 feet from bed to tv, but for other games, like Mario Kart or Bomberman I'm fine at that distance. (if i didn't have that damn king sized bed, there'd be plenty of room!)

Basically, if the game involves just to occasional controller shake or slashing motion, it's fine close up, but if it's all motion control you'll need some space.

for sure, the game really does decide where you play.

I tend to do online games a lot of the time, so Mario Kart or Bomberman Blast are perfect for a tiny room.

but i couldn't imagine Tennis or Golf in my cramped bedroom. I'd probably break a lamp.
