I'm really disappointed :(

There are so many experts on the DS that post on this board, and just two people have replied to my cry for help, and then never came back to me. I keep bumping this thread in the hope that someone will help.

I'm at my wits end with FF3! I don't have access to my own computer and there appears to be so many partner hotspot locations around London, and not one of them works for me! :cry:

Nintendo are of no help either, I get stone walled everywhere :|

buy a wifi usb thing. it doesnt need to be on ur computer u can use it at someother dudes house

I live in London, UK and i've located loads of Nintendo free partner hotspots near where i live, some in payphone boxes and some in hotels and coffee shops. My problem is that whenever i try to connect to wifi through any of them, i get an error code. Its not always the same error code, but it stops me getting "connection successful". I've tried connecting to another DS with a guy from the shop where i bought it in the first place (on the advice of the Nintendo team), so nothing is wrong with the console. I wondered if anyone on this board could come up with a solution, or maybe other people have had the same problem and could tell me how they got round it?

Its soooo frustrating! I really want to go into all the sub plots in the game and can't without the wifi and some FC's. I really hope someone can help me.

Hey, just a thought.

You say you have tried all kinds of places... could it be that these places have security on their Wireless connection? because if that is the case then the network administrator would have to enter you "DS-id-code"... Like at my workplace my DS could not be used until it had been entered into the system. or there might be a network password.... oh well hust a couple of thoughts.
