I do not really play it and was thinking of trading it in for the DS this weekend sometime. So, for all you DS gamers out there, what are some must-have titles for a DS newbie like myself?
If you like Pokemon, Diamond or Pearl is a must-have. Also FF3 is pretty good because it has the old final fantasy feel to it and I think animal crossing wild world is a really fun game and alot of ds players have it.
Are you sure you wanna trade in for a ds? I'm sure you'll regret it in the future when all the must have games are out on the psp. (ff7:cc, fft:lw)I suggest you save up and get a ds and have best of both worlds?
I did the same thing!!! I had a psp and I sold it and soon i'm getting a lite.... I didn't like the psp..... you won't regret it get a ds.. as for your question:

Two other good games are final fantasy: chocobo tales and etrian odyssey.A lot of people call Chocobo Tales"kiddie", but its a really good game. Etrian Odyssey also isnt for everyboy, but if you like old-school type rpgs than its easy to get obsessed with it.

sounds quite like my story... I got the original DS Phat when it came out, then sold it for a psp, then sold my psp and bought a DS Lite.
