im throwing a party soon and i can rent ONLY 1 GAME.

ive narrowed it down to excite truck and madden 07. but i heard that madden has a steep learning curve and excite truck has only 2 players. are these true, and in YOUR opinion are these good party games? im open to other suggestions.

what my friends like:

SPORTS GAMES!

racing games

fighting games

and fps(i know the doesnt have any good ones so just dont suggest any)

what my friends dont like:

games that take more than 10 minutes to get used to the controls

difficult games

games you have to think

minigame compilations

games that are stupid

Games that are stupid? What the hell does that mean? Like Katamari or Viva Pinata? (Too bad those games were awesome)

Just hit each other in the head with the Wiimote until your vision goes blurry. That or go with Madden.

Kororina Marble Mania isn't bad multiplayer.  It's not minigame based, and after the 3rd level, it's not stupid.  Excite truck is fun mutiplayer also, but it IS only 2 player max (same with Marble mania).  Really, Wii Sports is the best of the bunch for multiplayer right now, Mario Party 8 will be the best once it comes out (yes its minigames, but in a fun manor as it's also a huge board game).

Unfortunately, minigames are the main type of game on the Wii at this point in time.  Warioware Smooth Moves being the best of the bunch to date.  If you want single player games that you take turns at, try Trauma Center or Need for Speed Carbon.  Or even Red Steel multiplayer.

yeh, wii sports hands down. i love that game.

 its not hard to punch air, flick your wrist, or swing your arm. it shouldn't take more then 10 mins to learn. 

I'd rent Madden. The game is a lot of fun and it's easy to learn the controlls if your willing
