Import DS Games

I have seen alot of import games listed on ebay and have bought one (magical starsign)

My question is this....Where can you buy them from direct? I have looked at a few US sites but they won't ship outside of US. I am especially interested in US as I prefer the slimmer black US cases (petty I know) and obviously games are cheaper out there!
