Hi =] I'm looking into buying myself a DS, but before I waste money is there anything anyone can tell me about them like whether the games are good and whether or not you like your. I was going to buy Super Mario 64 and Mario Cart with it.

DS truly is an awesome system. You should go for New Super Mario Bros instead of SM 64. Try squeezing in LoZ: PH as well, it was a really good game.
i play my ds more then the psp because of the huge game libruary. I've never tried mario 64. But mario kart and SMB are both great games. You'll have hours of fun with it.

No don't get Super Mario 64, it's not that super after all. Buy New Super Mario bros instead. As for Mario Kart DS , it's just as great.
if the OP had super mario 64 already in mind, it's likely that he/she has an idea of what super mario 64 ds is like, which is a port of the n64 game, which is an excellent game. much more depth to the game than new! super mario bros. by any stretch of the imagination.
Including Europe and Japan, the DS has over 2700 games under it's belt (1/3 being US releases). With that said, you don't have to limit yourself to peoples recommendations. Most people recommend games that everyone else owns. If you're open minded, you'll find tons of underrated products hidden before you!
