Sounds to me like you're playing the wrong games. I can't ever seem to put down Zelda or Trauma Center or The Godfather, which I recently rented and it's AWESOME!

You, sir, need to go outside more.  You've binged on video games so many times before, you can only stand to play it in short spurts.  You know, like cookies after you eat them a lot.

LOL, I get this a lot too, but my explaination for that is because I know there's something I have to get done first and it becomes a splinter in my mind if I waste time not doing it, especially when I'm playing video games.  Probably nothing major, it's just a phase you're going through.  Don't worry, you'll get back into your binge eventually, you just need to find out what's keeping you from it.

I played TP for a while and quit, but it wasn't because I was bored with it, I just decided to put it off for a while because I'm busy with school and stuff. I will wait until probably the summer to finish it. Besides that, no, I do not have the same problem. I used to have the problem all the time, but not for the Wii so far.

Yeah sounds like you've either got things in the back of your mind which you know you should be getting on with, or perhaps you're too energetic. Go outside and do something active and stop pacing about lol.

I do this sometimes, after i play games for 7+ hours a day for too long. When it does happen, i take a break for like a week and then go back. Usually, it becomes fun again.

It is a problem, and I believe it's called ADD, ritaline is a solution.

That happened to me a lot in my PSX/GC days, but I'm doing good so far with the wii.  What happened with playstation1, was i got all those RPGs that came after FF7 busted open the market, and got 3/4 thru them all then quit.

So my senior year in HS while i was coasting because of easy classes, I wrote a list of all the games i owned and hadn't beaten, came to like 15 games.  Beat them all within 6 or 7 months.

For wii so far I have  Zelda, Red Steel, Wario Ware, Madden, DBZ, Sonic, Godfather, and Wii sports.   Of those, I haven't beaten Sonic and Godfather (they're the newest games)

I've done the same thing, not sure if I still have that problem anymore though.  I did that ALOT with MMORPG's, i'd play them for 3 months then quit and go to another, then go back to that one 3 months later, etc.  Friends got so mad :( But now I just play my Wii and Ds lite and haven't had that problem! ^_^

You should avoid playing games for a long time. You'll appreciate them alot more.

My problem is more about getting back to playing a game that you've already beaten. There's always that one level (or more levels in some cases) that you just don't want to go through again, because of the pain and agony that it gave you the first time you beat the game (an example for me would be crash bandicoot 1 - "Road to Nowhere").

Just dont buy games that get old fast.  I made that mistake by buying Super Mario Bros.

The only games I played for 10 minutes and quit were Marvel UA and COD 3. And to say that the ubertricks on Blur are impossible is just rediculous. You can't expect to automaticly own at the game, you need to practice it, expecially games like that, to get good. Give Blur a little bit more time, trust me you'll like it. As for your problem, go to your local video store and rent yourself a couple of games that might interest you. That way if you don't like the game, you can return it, and know that you didn't buy the game for $50, but rented it for a mere $7.

I actually love having to practice ubermoves. So much satisfaction when u get it right. And Ultimate Alliance kicks so much when you get some characters to a certain level(Captain America, Luke Cage, Storm, Spider-Man). Spidey is pretty much invincible after a while. Still, I've had you're problem with wii sports(sucks by yourself), and I had to push myself to start playing TC again. I'm probably never going to play Mario Kart 64 ever again.
