Is anyone else still looking for a copy of Mario Kart Wii?

I still can't ever find one in stock. :cry: Why does this keep happening with Nintendo?

I don't think I've ever seen it NOT in stock.

Where do you live?

It's actually a bit difficult to find. It's sold out online at Amazon, Best Buy, and Circuit City. I work at Toys R Us and we have not had it in for quite a while, it sells out really fast,

Obviously Nintendo has learned that the less supply they have, the more demand there is for the game. Same thing with Wii Fit, and the Wii itself.

If they package some kind of peripheral with the game, they can get away with saying "We can't meet demand"...even though the peripheral is just a piece of plastic.

I don't know if some of the people in here are just really lucky, or if I'm unlucky, but it really isn't in stock around here. Best Buy, Target, Wal Mart, Circuit City... nothing. Plus, the online stores are sold out, except for the secondhand copies going for prices over $70.

Bah, I really want this game!

Don't listen to this guy. It's still the most played game on my wii. Now SSBB, I consider that overrated but some people love it. So you know, give it a go before you let some internet dude try to tell you otherwise. :P

Oh and it's "you're" not "your".

Look, it's really simple: Just ask yourself whether what you are writing also makes sense as "you are". If it does, it's you're. If not, it's your.

Like "You are NOT missing out." See? That makes sense, hence "you're".

But something like "I like you are pants" doesn't, so it's "your".

Let's all try to internalize that.

It's been sold out EVERYWHERE except for one place. Blockbuster. They have LOTS of copies and I need to go pick one up fast before it sells out. I've heard such wonderful things about the game,especially the online.Brickz187

Alot of poeple never think to look at Blockbuster. it's one of my favorite stores because not so many people go there looking to buy games so they usually have a good amount in stock. It's my secret store to buy games when every other place is sold out. 9 times out of 10, Blockbuster will have it.

Good idea. I just tried Hollywood Video, and guess what - they had it! The search is finally over. :D

MKW is sold out at our local stores, but thats no surprise considering we only have two stores in this area they dont get major shipments of anything. I'm going out of town this weekend, and I'll see if it is available at either of the Gamestop in that city.

I played the game for about two weeks and traded it in at Gamestop. Not that i expected anything different, but it was just the same old Mario Kart i have played for years. I actually liked the DS version better.
